Cardless Club | Easy Online Loyalty, Web apps & tools

Online digital loyalty rewards programme for local shops, cafe's and restaurants

Modern loyalty rewards programmes require an app download, and often have confusing points structures. Paper loyalty cards end up in the laundry, they get lost or damaged, or you forget them at home. We've created an easy to use and understand, fully online digital loyalty programme. Customers can store all of their loyalty cards in one place, earn stamps and rewards by using the Cardless Club programme. Shop owners get a strong retention dashboard including profile customisation, security settings, staff management, and reporting. Cardless Club was launched in Linden, JHB in 2026, and has since gained quite a few local businesses and customers all happily using the service. We are actively expanding our reach to more cities in South Africa.

Zätix - Los Angeles, Brand & identity

Luxury exotic cannabis custom illustrations and merchandise design mockups

Zätix Luxury Cannabis has a bold identity, and wanted custom illustrations created specifically for them by our resident artist Monte Baunk. Monte did his magic, and delivered full color trippy artwork, and some individual line illustrations for merch. High Chris, the founder and CEO of Zätix, loved the work. We physically sent them the artworks as well, which they had framed and put up. Our artwork is on the actual products and merch they sell in the US.

Swartberg Private Game Lodge Website & Booking System, Websites

Full website for Swartberg Private Game Lodge, showcasing their exquisite accommodation and facilities.

Swartberg Private Game Lodge had no online presence outside of a Google Business listing. Not only did they need a site, but a reliable booking system integrated as well. We built a beautiful website for Swartberg Private Game Lodge, showcasing their exquisite accommodation and facilities. The goal was an upmarket, premium site, yet warm and inviting. We integrated Sirvoy's booking system and styled it fully to match the rest of the website. They've been successfully using their new website and booking system since 2024. We've made a few updates for them over the years, and still maintain their website to this day.

Themed Leaderboards, Web apps & tools

One full year of themed leaderboards, a new one every month to keep track of player progress throughout the promotion.

The casino needed to drive wagering volume from its existing players, with a new promotion every month for a full year. Each one had to feel fresh enough to earn attention, without breaking the brand or the leaderboard mechanic underneath. Every month got its own identity, built on the same mechanic. I treated the providers' licensed game assets as a casting pool: pick characters that fit the theme, then recolour, relight and composite them until they read as one original scene rather than borrowed art. The rest was pace, twelve concepts in twelve months as sole designer. Twelve campaigns shipped on schedule, each one distinct, from cash and bonus tiers up to real world prizes including tickets to the Cape Town Sevens and a BMW M4 Coupe. The template grew with them, picking up two extra languages, multi-currency support and player name search along the way.

Beyond Boundaries | Website and Smart Form, Websites

On-brand website with a smart form to help customers specify content to be transported.

Client needed an online presence and easy way for them to record what their customers would like to transport, for easy quoting and contact info capturing. Client supplied us with their logo, a few images of jobs completed, and some great customer testimonials. Based on the logo and customer feedback, we planned out a colour palette, design and built their website, and included a full smart form that adapts as the customer fills it in. Beyond Boundaries Transport have received multiple enquiries through their website, and has a strong online presence now to match them with relevant customers searching for their services online.

Questions people ask

Are these the real prices?

Yes. It is our actual pricelist, so treat it as a firm estimate. We confirm the final number after one short conversation, and if your project turns out simpler, you pay less.

How does payment work?

Half up front, half on delivery, always agreed in writing first. Bank transfer for South African clients, PayPal or similar from abroad. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Why do the forms and plugins need a website first?

Because they live inside one. A smart form, a custom plugin, a blog: each of them sits inside a WordPress site we build or already look after. So the website is the base price and the technical parts are added on top. Already have a WordPress site? Tell us on the call and we will price it differently.

Why is there a discovery session on my quote?

Because a written brief is what keeps a project on track. We sit down together, work out exactly what the thing must do, and put it in writing for you to sign. That becomes what we build to, and it is how every website and artwork project here starts.

Do international clients pay more?

The work costs the same. International projects carry one extra line on the quote, for the time-zone overlap, the longer revision cycles that come with it, and currency handling. You will see exactly what it is before you agree to anything.

What if I only need one small thing?

Then buy one small thing. A single social post, one care session, three hours of admin. Nothing here has a minimum.

How long does a website take?

Seven to fourteen working days for a typical three to five page site, counted from the day we have your deposit and your content. Whichever of those arrives last starts the clock.

And a logo?

Five to ten working days. We show two or three directions, you pick one, we refine it. Three rounds of changes are already in the price.

What do you need from me to start?

A yes, the deposit, and whatever you already have: old logo files, photos, the words you want on the page. We send a short questionnaire to get the details down.

What are you best at?

Making things look and feel excellent, and building the tech that holds them up. Brand identities, logos, illustration, print, social content, product concepts, photo work, motion and video, websites, web apps and custom tools. Designers who can build, in other words.

Will you get us ranking on Google?

Nobody can promise a ranking. What we do is build the blog into your site, set the search plumbing up properly, and show you how to publish into it. Ranking comes from publishing consistently over time.

Why does artwork take three weeks?

Because it is drawn by hand, by our resident artist, and that takes the time it takes. If you need something in days rather than weeks, tell us and we will point you at a service that fits.

What kind of animation do you do?

Motion graphics: titles, logos and elements animating in and out, cleanly and with good timing. Plus video editing: cutting, stitching, music and titles. We do not do character animation.

Can I change the website myself afterwards?

Yes. Every site is handed over so you can edit words and swap pictures without touching code. If you would rather not, our team does it for you by the hour.

What platforms do you build on?

WordPress, mostly. It is where we build websites, web apps and custom plugins, and it is what we hand over to you. For online stores we use Shopify, and we have worked in Webflow too.

Do you build online stores?

Yes, on Shopify. Our fee covers the build. Shopify charges a monthly platform fee directly to you, and we will tell you what that comes to before you commit to anything.

Can you work on my existing website?

If it is WordPress, usually yes. If it is built on something else, the cleanest answer is often to rebuild it properly, and we will say so if that is what we think.

Do you do wedding invitations?

No, we work with businesses and brands. If you are after something for a wedding, a specialist stationer will do you a better job than we would.

Who will I be working with?

A small senior team in Linden, Johannesburg, working with clients across South Africa and the UK. Illustration and custom artwork come from our resident artist, and you deal with the people making your work.

How our website pricing works

A website is the base build, at R 7 800 for up to three pages. Everything technical is an add-on that lives inside it: a smart form from R 2 500, a custom WordPress plugin or web app from R 4 200, a blog at R 2 500, extra pages at R 1 400 each. Web address and a year of hosting is R 950 unless you already have your own. You pay for each part once.

How we quote

Every price on this page is our real pricelist. Websites and artwork include a R 1 800 discovery session, where we write the brief together before anyone starts. International clients pay the same for the work, plus one stated international delivery line covering time-zone overlap, longer revision cycles and currency handling.
